GBS Consultants, Inc. has participated in a wide variety of consulting projects spanning various platforms, technologies, and industries. Some of the more recent projects include

• The design, coding, and documenting of all software extracting Amisys data from a data warehouse to a CRMS (Clinical Resource Management System) application. GBS also participated in the mapping of the extract.

• The successful Y2K enhancement to AIH's MarkII health care management system.

• The design, development, coding, documenting, and implementation of an archiving facility for the Amisys health care management system extracting data to an archive Amisys environment allowing users the ability to inquire the archived data with the Amisys software.

• Acting as the Project Manager for an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system interfacing with the Amisys health care management system. The system provides users with information from the Amisys databases via tcp/ip technology.

• Acting as the technical lead for the design, development, coding, documenting, and implementation of an EDI application interfacing with the Amisys health care management system.

• The design, development, coding, documenting, and implementation of new features for AIH's MarkII health care management system including copay/coinsurance computations, copayment computations for capitated services, and capitated/non-capitated providers by division.

• The successful completion of a conversion from IBM and Burroughs systems to HP3000 systems implementing all aspects of AIH's MarkII health care management system including historical information.

• The development, coding, documenting, and implementation of several reporting packages including an Inpatient Days Reporting package and an HMO Census Reporting package.

• The design, development, coding, documenting, and implementation of enhancements to Monument's Gateway HMO health care management system accommodating requirements needed by an indemnity insurance product.

• The implementation of all phases of an Electrical Distributors Pricing Module, Medicaid Enrollment/Membership Processing, TurboIMAGE Data Base Log File Extraction Process, Electronic Ordering Package, and Student Attendance and Grade Reporting.

Additionally, GBS Consultants, Inc. has performed in the roles of interim Systems Manager, Project Manager, and Programming Manager. GBS has provided consulting/training of Hewlett-Packard's Intrinsics, Rapid/3000 Products, Image DataBase Management System, System Operation, and System Management.
